  • Do Cedel toothpastes contain plastic micro beads?

    No. Cedel toothpastes DO NOT contain plastic microbeads.

    Our Cedel toothpaste uses calcium carbonate as an abrasive to gently cleanse and polish teeth and gums in a way that is not harmful to the environment

  • Are Cedel toothpastes tested on animals?

    No. None of our Cedel toothpastes are tested on animals. We love all animals great and small and also request that our manufacturer only use ingredients that are free from animal testing.

  • Does Cedel toothpaste contain animal ingredients?

    No. None of our Cedel toothpaste contain any animal ingredients.

  • Do Cedel toothpastes contain sugar?

    No. Cedel toothpaste does not contain sugar.

  • Is Cedel toothpaste Gluten free?

    Yes! There are NO ingredients in any of the Cedel Toothpastes that contain gluten.

  • Where can I find ingredients lists for all Cedel products?

    Cedel products have all ingredients printed on the back of the packaging. If you require specific information about the product, please contact Cedel.

  • Do Cedel toothpastes contain fluoride?

    All Cedel toothpaste contains fluoride to help fight tooth decay and cavities. Fluoride is a naturally occurring mineral that is proven to help prevent tooth decay by strengthening tooth enamel.


  • How much does delivery costs?

    Standard Delivery Charge for Australian orders is $9.95 (Inc GST) for orders less than $50. Orders over $50 don't occur a delivery fee.

  • Where do you deliver?

    We currently deliver within Australia only. Please note as a signature is required, we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box or Locked Bag address.

  • Will I get an email confirmation once my order is placed?

    Yes. Once your order is placed, an automated email is generated and sent to you to confirm that your order has been received, including a list of the items you have ordered. Please note that your credit card details are not sent in any emails from us. We also recommend that you never send your credit card details via email.

  • I sent you an email. How long before I get a reply to my email enquiry?

    We endeavor to answer all emails within 1 business day. We are always more than happy to respond to order inquiries.

  • How do I order online?

    1.    Create a login account

    Signing up for a login account with www.cedeloralcare.com.au allows you to keep track of your order, as well as the ability to view your purchase history. A login account also allows LeTan to quickly search and reply to any queries you may have about your existing or past orders.

    2.    Shop

    Select the item/s and quantity you wish to purchase, then select Add to Bag.

    3.    Proceed to Checkout

    Once you have finished shopping select "Your Bag" at the top of the screen. Input your delivery address and instructions and confirm your order details. Select Pay Now to input your credit card type and details. Select Process Payment to complete your order.

    4.    Confirmation of Order

    Once your order is placed, we will send you a Confirmation of Order email with your order and delivery details attached. Please check the email carefully and contact us if you discover any problems with your order.

  • How secure is my credit card information?

    Your credit card payment will be conducted directly via the Payment Express payment facility over a Secure Socket Layer (128 bit SSL) connection. Cedel does not store Credit Card information, or have access to your Credit Card details. Any payments made to this website will appear on your credit card statement as Heritage Brands.

  • What is Cedel’s returns policy?

    Because Cedel sells its products both directly and indirectly (through distributors) to retailers we are unable to process returns for purchases made from pharmacies or department stores. Should you wish to return a Cedel product, please contact your place of purchase for a refund or exchange, according to the retailer’s return policy. We advise that you always keep your receipt and check retailer’s conditions for returns. If for some reason you do not wish to keep a product ordered on Cedel's website, you may return new and unused items within 14 days of the date of receipt. Cedel will refund the purchase cost of the product(s) minus shipping and handling changes. Items must be returned in their original condition; no refund can be made for products that have been used. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please return item to Cedel within fourteen days, and we will reimburse you for the purchase costs including the return carriage.   • I am a retailer, how can I find out more information about stocking Cedel products?

  • How can I pay for my online purchases?

    Purchases may be made by Credit Card. We accept VISA and Mastercard.

  • Will I have to pay Import Duties & Taxes on my order?

    A. Import Duties & Taxes are calculated based on the type of product, country of origin and destination.

    Australis does not profit from the fees collected and depending on your country you may be liable to pay these fees before your goods are delivered.

  • How accurate is your currency converter?

    Payments processed in foreign currency (currency other than Australian Dollars), may incur a currency conversion fee. Please refer to your financial institution for applicable fees.
